Flatstock & Vanity Tops 1-Year Warranty

Whitewater Corporation (“Whitewater”) warrants that its Flatstock & Vanity Tops shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year after the date of the first consumer purchase.

This warranty extends only to the first consumer purchaser of the Flatstock & Vanity Tops and not to subsequent owners, transferees or users other than the first purchasers.

This warranty shall apply to Flatstock & Vanity Tops installed and used only for personal, family or household purposes and which are installed by Whitewater and maintained in accordance with “Whitewater’s” recommended maintenance procedures. This warranty does not extend to defects or damage caused, in whole or in part, by any unauthorized or unreasonable use or mishandling.

“WHITEWATER” SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CAUSED, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, BY ANY DEFECT IN THE FLATSTOCK & VANITY TOPS. NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL APPLY AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD DESCRIBED ABOVE.

In the event of a defect in the material or the workmanship with the respect to the Flatstock & Vanity Tops during the warranty period, “Whitewater” shall repair or replace defective material as “Whitewater,” in its sole and absolute discretion, determines. However, “Whitewater” shall not be liable for costs and expenses of removal or reinstallation of the Flatstock & Vanity Tops.

ONLY “Whitewater” is authorized to perform its warranty obligations. In the event an unauthorized company or person does any type of work on “Whitewater’s” Flatstock or Vanity Tops during the warranty period, “Whitewaters” warranty becomes void.
